Three Birds Renovations began when best friends and busy mums Bonnie, Erin and Lana, walked away from their busy corporate careers in pursuit of a more fulfilling life. Rather than working long hours, together they created Three Birds Renovations – a boutique renovation company where they buy, renovate and sell suburban homes.
Carrera by Design, a high end manufacturer of kitchens, wardrobes and vanities, teamed up with Three Birds Renovations for their fifth project in the Hills District, North-West of the Sydney CBD.
Most developers would have chosen to detonate the latest house selected for the fifth project, but Three Bird Renovations wanted to prove that it’s not always about knocking homes down. Renovating them into your dream home can be a lot quicker then knocking a house down and starting from scratch.
Carrera by Design delivered with a stunning Mint Green kitchen, offering a touch of retro quality within a modern and fresh design.
Featuring subtle green tones with a beautiful rolling marble splash back, the kitchen designed and manufactured by Carrera by Design brought a new life to this once old home. An ultimate modern entertainer’s kitchen has been created.
By paring Taubmans misty lakes polyurethane cabinetry colour with Caesarstone statuario maximus bench top, this kitchen is both retro and functional. Boasting a double pantry by Hettich and a plethora of cupboards and Hettich’s ArciTech soft closing drawers with a stylish touch of glass, ensures that this is a kitchen that appeals to those who love a sleek and modern design with character.
The bathroom and ensuite would wow any buyers as they oozing luxury and glamour, from the detailed vanities from Carrera by Design to the freestanding black bath acting as a centre piece in the main bathroom.
