For those of you fortunate enough to be travelling next month to I Salone and Eurocucina (yes – it opens in 36 days time!) you will see the enormity, that is the worlds biggest industry related trade fair. Set in the Milan suburb of Rho Pero the showground, which incidentally has its own post code, comprises a variety of shows, but also harbours some interesting facts.

The whole point about today’s blog post is just to warn you all of something. We won’t get to see everything, we focus the majority of our time on the three fairs within I Salone which effect our industry directly.
