Bosch’s Combi Induction cooktop

toepfe_M10_PIN675F17E_ 040This month sees the release of Bosch’s new versatile, efficient and intuitive 60cm and 80cm CombiInduction cooktops. Both feature two traditional round zones and two bridgeable zones with cross-electromagnetic coils which are perfect for large pots and pans, roasting trays or teppanyaki plates.

The cross-electromagnetic coils also ensure precision detection of the cooking utensils used; depending on the size and shape of the pot or pan, either one coil or two coils can be activated for convenient cooking. This ensures not only the most energy efficient cooking, but it’s also extremely safe to use as coils cool within seconds of removing the pot.

The CombiZone function allows the user to combine two smaller cooking zones into a single, large cooking area quickly and easily at the touch of a button. Designed to cater to all cooking requirements, the CombiInduction also introduces MoveMode – allowing for the effortless transition between fast boiling (level 9) and simmering setting (level 1) with a simple slide of the pot.

With 17.5 power settings available for each cooking zone, flexibility in the kitchen is assured.

In addition, the CombiInduction cooktop boasts PowerBoost which rapidly increases temperature levels to make simple tasks (such as boiling water) a breeze.

Seamlessly integrating with the modern kitchen, the frameless cooktop is sleek and contemporary in design. Complete with bevelled front and side edges, gone are the days of scrubbing between gas cooktop grates.
