I’ve fallen in love with this new collection from VitrA. Designed by Ross Lovegrove, the award-winning Istanbul collection is a gorgeous combination of fluid, scultptural forms with elegant, delicate lines that display the designer’s skill with technology and materials as well as the company’s mastery of manufacturing technology.
Available in glossy tones of white, olive green and burgundy the collection has a lovely, organic aesthetic with plenty of storage. The mirror features an integrated magnifying glass and is framed with long-lasting LED lighting. A spacious sink and upright cabinet provides internal compartments for an organised bathroom. The cast mineral sink has a glossy, snow-white finish whle the control lever and spigot for the tapware are mounted separately on the counter.
The collection won the Wallpaper Design Award for Best Bathroom, the Good Design and the Red Dot Design Award – pretty impressive!
