As truly one of it’s kind, Milestone, the pedestal washbasin, by luxury Italian bath ware designers Teuco, brings you new product that through genuine architectural structure ensure that the bathroom plays a starring role in the domestic household. Designed by one of Italy’s most significant architects and designers, Carlo Colombo, Milestone exhibits gracious, smooth form, which resembles that of contemporary sculpture.
The distinguishing feature lies in the monolithic pedestal, topped with a horizontal plane. A dynamic aesthetic between thick and thin enhances the linear aspect of the product and emphasises the nature of the Duralight material used to construct the product.
The absolute protagonist of this project is marble, a traditional material par excellence, which with its refined grey grain conveys uniqueness and exclusiveness, emphasising the beguiling appeal of the shapes. Where experimentation results in innovation, the Milestone washbasin by Teuco, purely demonstrates their passion for design. Significant of this, the Milestone pedestal washbasin has been presented with the iF design award 2014.
