New from Ilve comes the G5 range of induction cooktops which feature the company’s new square inductor panels which rapidly maximise the space and cooking efficiency compared to the classic circular inductors used previously.
The new appliances feature practical, minimalist lines with a stylish KeraBlack+ glass surface to suit a range of kitchen designs. Advanced safety features included residual heat indication and a child-safe control panel.
The G5 range sets itself apart from previous models with its slider touch control that allows the user direct access to 11 hearing levels. Temperature control is immediate and the heat is evenly spread over the bottom of the pan while the induction element include booster zones to minimise heat up times.
Standard features include an auto stop function which will trigger after 10 hours and a temperature limiter in the event of a boil dry.
Ergonomic central positioning of the elements provides more space for pots and pans across all models in the range. Ilve’s G5 Induction cooktops are available in five sizes – 59cm, 70cm, 78cm, 90cm and 91cm.
