Available in configurations of three or five, the KM 23xx Series offers a range of burner sizes from small simmer burners to high-performance dual wok burners. These ensure the perfect output for all applications to achieve exceptional cooking results with ease.
All KM 23xx Gas Cooktop models ensure optimum safety with GasStop, an indispensable function which automatically terminates the flow of gas should a flame be extinguished. For added peace of mind, the flagship KM 2357 G Gas Cooktop comes equipped with GasStop&Restart that automatically initiates attempts to reignite the flame, should it be extinguished by a draught or food spillage. If reignition is unsuccessful, the KM 2357 G automatically shuts off the gas supply.
This top-of-the-range model is also equipped with electronic controls and the QuickStart function. The KM 2357 G’s rotatory knobs no longer need to be pressed and held as simply turning and releasing the knob automatically ignites the burner.
