Resopal SpaStyling is a product the company says sets “new standards for designing wet rooms”. With the adoption of more single panels for walls and floors in bathrooms and wet rooms, Resopal has introduced a new product which is resistant to scratches and abrasion, insensitive to stains, light-fast, and non-porous which makes it hygienic and easy to clean.
The Wellness Oasis on display at the Interzum stand featured the large-format boards which can be upgraded with an antibacterial “Hipercare” surface finish and almost seamless joins, as well as the company’s “SpaStyling Titanium Floor” and “SpaStyling Shower Elements” which can be integrated into the room concept. The Shower Elements are made in one piece, without joins, to support the total hygiene of the room.
The integrated gradient of the “SpaStyling” shower elements lets the water drain off rapidly while the flooring can be installed flush with the floor for a walk-in solution.
A washstand that appears to float, “SpaStyling Sink” rounds off the design options for wet rooms. It appears to be cast in one, with a post-formed front edge, and is available in the same decor and surface finish as the other “SpaStyling” products.
The “SpaStyling” collection is available in natural wood, striking colours and textures as well as special designs for wet rooms. “Pure Identity” is one of the surface highlights produced with this laminate material. Based on the design “Jardin des Plantes” by Lars Contzen, it features an elegant composition of floral high-gloss elements on an exquisite matt silk background. Individual designs can be reproduced using Resopal’s state-of-the-art screen printing and digital printing techniques.
Resopal “SpaStyling” can be processed like a conventional timber-derived material (cutting, sawing, drilling); “SpaStyling” boards can be affixed directly to the wall sub-surface in new buildings or when renovating properties.
