It’s not an original question I know – its just that it came up in conversation last week and I though we’d do a bit of surfing to find out just how much there is out there that’s black and white (and for those of you wondering I’m not having a shot at anyone in any shape or form!)
Antonio Lupi have for a while now produced some amazing black and white bathrooms, but of late they have introduced not only timber influences but blues, specifically through lighting (see below), So the question that has to be asked is “are black and white bathrooms still alive?”
One of the obvious comforts of this colour schemes is the fact that you can hardly ever go wrong with it. It is a hip color combination in bathrooms that has survived centuries and has never been dubbed as ‘out of touch’ with the current trends. Elegant, expressive and at times quirky, but given trending in interiors has been seen to be more earthy of late – we want to know how many of you are designing and installing bathrooms like the ones featured here?
