Designed by Samuele Mazza, this is the exclusive and elegant Ritz Collection which was inspired by the literature, architecture and lifestyle of the 1930s.
The company has taken the concept of a designer bathroom, as defined by primary shapes and exclusive finishes, and reinterpreted each piece in the collection with an unmistakeably contemporary feel. With its lacquered fronts, decorative glass tiles, and marble tops and washbasins, Ritz is perfect for those who wish to make a statement with design and architecture.
Each element in the collection consists of volume enhanced by the boldness of contour lines with the aesthetics characterised by geometrically-shaped panels to the fronts of the vanities and inside of the bathtubs to create a strong statement. The spotlight is on the surfaces, decorated with timeless materials such as marble, glass and metals in a variety of exclusive finishes.
The new brand of Mitage was officially introduced earlier this year during Design Week 2015. The company says the new brand has “an unmistakeable aesthetic code with refers to fashion and design, but above all to a clear-cut idea of ethical luxury and glamour”.
The key point of the Mitage Milldue edition is the tailor-made concept which allows for full continuity between emerging and existing collections, and also taking advantage of the company’s evolving technical solutions. Designer Samuele Mazza is already well acquainted with Milldue, having worked with the company on previous collections, so this partnership allows for the continuation of the design philosophy within a significantly different collection.
