The antoniolupi Battigia basin is designed by Michel Boucquillon and is an example of minimalism at its most extreme. Battigia is a Corian sink which is inserted into the wall and completely hidden within the cavity.
A simple sheet of glass, almost invisible, is the only element that protrudes from the wall to contain running water and splashes.
The antoniolupi Battigia sink is part of a new design concept by antoniolupi which emphasises both beauty and functionality and equally essential elements of design.
The vertical surface becomes the container that houses the sink which is perfectly integrated into the wall, visually blending both elements together and allowing the protrusion of only the necessary items.
The extreme minimalism and the effect of the light are its striking characteristics differentiating Battigia from any other sink on the market.
Battigia is available in four dimensions: 90, 108, 126 and 180 cm. Made in Corian, once installed in the wall it can be finished to match the wall itself. The unit can also be made to measure. The antoniolupi Battigia sink is a registered model and design, with patent deposited.
