The new range of V-Zug gas cooktops offers increased cooking capabilities, delivering the top quality, high functioning and elegance that consumers have come to expect.
Homeowners can achieve precision cooking and the navigational benefits on an induction cooktop on a gas cooktop with V-Zug’s unique intelligent slider touch technology. This means users can easily navigate between an array of cooking and safety functions with the touch of a finger.
Key features of the slider touch technology include:
- Melt Function: temperature of the cooktop remains between 40°C and 60°C; ideal for melting butter or chocolate.
- Simmer Function: temperature remains between 70°C and 94°C; no boiling over.
- Keep Warm Function: automatically keeps the temperature at a constant 65°C; ideal if guests are delayed.
- Pause Button: prevents boiling over when briefly interrupted while cooking; power is reduced to the same level as the Keep Warm Function (65°C) for a maximum of ten minutes.
Comprising one single gas wok burner, one double burner gas cooktop, one four burner gas cooktop and one five burner gas cooktop the new range from V-Zug conveys a true sens of luxury in the kitchen while providing consumers with the desired fundamental aspects of a high-quality performing built-in cooktop.
Complete with a sophisticated black glass finish, brass burners and dishwasher-safe pan holders, each cooktop seamlessly integrates into any kitchen design, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the kitchen. Cleaning and maintenance of the V-Zug gas cooktops is effortless thanks to its dishwasher safe pan holders and black glass finish.
The Wipe Protection Function allows customers to wipe down the control panel at any time without having to adjust the power levels.
The new V-Zug gas cooktops will be available in Australia from July 2016.
