The stand for Veneta Cucine at EuroCucina this year was designed to allow the company to display new variations within its main production lines – Quick Design, Essence and E.
Lounge
Lounge is a new modular kitchen system that provides greater storage capacity when compared with Veneta Cucine standard models. Belonging to the company’s E range, Lounge interprets a more intimate and less ostentatious concept of luxury; it redefines the concepts of quality and daily living with the aim of rendering the kitchen area more welcoming, functional and aesthetically gratifying, to ensure it will become the favourite place for having fun and relaxing, entertaining and fine living.
The increased storage space is due to the use of a reduced base height 8 cm, so as to recover the volume on the structure of the base unit. The system is completed with tall units featuring doors that retract into the side panels enabling them to house other furniture, accessories and appliances that need to be concealed, such as for example oven, microwave and refrigerator.
Smart-Time.J
From the Quick Design range comes Smart-Time.J which the company defines as having high designer content and low economic impact. At the show, Smart-Time.J was presented with a new opening system that uses a ‘J’-shaped profile applied horizontally to the base units as a gripping device for opening and closing the units and vertically to add practicality to the tall units. The J system is added to the handle and flat grip recess opening systems.
Step System
This is a system applied to all Veneta Cucine products and is a wood panel that joins up the base units with the wall units to complete the kitchen and maximises use of vertical space to keep often-used items close to hand. It is composed of vertical elements and aluminium bars, and the back panels and shelves are available in the standard Veneta Cucine finishes. It can be fitted with accessories such as a kitchen roll holder or glass holders. The aluminium bar acts both as a guard to prevent falling and, when positioned under the shelf, can be used to hang ladles on.
