The Liebherr BluPerformance range adds a new dimension in refrigeration and freezing with a series of energy-efficient, future-oriented appliances.
All Liebherr BluPerformance appliances belong to the A+++ energy efficiency class, or are A+++/-20%. Appliances in the latter ‘category’ are 20% more economical than the threshold value for the A+++ category (currently the highest recognised energy efficiency class).
BluPerformance represents a new dimension in freshness quality. Refrigeration technology is compactly integrated in the appliance’s base, freeing-up more space for food storage. Specially mounted compressors together with new refrigeration technology integrated in the base ensure that these appliances are particularly quiet during operation. Premium quality materials, perfect workmanship down to the finest details, ease-of-use and precision touch electronics define the new BluPerformance appliance range.
Extending freshness quality – BioFresh
The new, innovative BluPerformance BioFresh refrigerators offer significantly larger BioFresh safes. Equipped with a humidity control plate, all Premium BioFresh drawers have the flexibility to be used as either a HydroSafe (with a higher humidity level) or as a DrySafe (with a lower humidity level).
BluPerformance BioCool
For appliances without BioFresh technology, BioCool is the perfect alternative. The BioCool function features humidity control so that foods stay fresher for longer than they would if stored in an ordinary fruit and vegetable compartment.
The BioCool compartments can be set to moist or dry storage. With the slider closed, moisture is retained in the BioCool box; with the slider open, moisture can escape.
For ease-of-use and to give the clearest possible overview of stored goods, the BioCool boxes in the refrigerators extend on telescopic rails; in the fridge-freezers they extend on a guided roller system.
Electronics concept
The new Premium fridge-freezers have a 7 inch, high-resolution touchscreen display integrated in the door. A wide-range of preset programs, all of which are easy-to-use, offer maximum daily convenience. Information, energy-saving tips and storage advice for all sorts of different foods can be accessed with ease.
