Designed in France by the Jacob Delafon team, Kohler’s Terrace collection uses the rectangular form to create a family of vanities, basins and storage cabinets that showcases modernity in an utterly timeless fashion.
Terrace is an inspired new collection of bathroom furniture that showcases the timeless beauty of the geometric form, while cleverly integrating generous storage and hiding the not-so-pretty essentials (drainage and waste)!
Rectangular ceramic basins, with an L-shaped profile, integrate with similar geometric shapes in a series of vanity base units – cleverly separated by a rectangular storage drawer.
Tower cabinets, echoing the same rectangular geometrics, offer vertical storage – some of which is accessible without opening the door. Both the vanity units and the tower cabinets feature soft close doors and drawers.
Inherent in the contemporary vanity unit design is a patented ‘Free Drain’ Waste system which is a concealed waste operated by a simple hob-mounted touch button to open and close the waste. Materials are integral to the timeless elegance of the Terrace collection – crisp white ceramics for the vanity tops and basins are teamed with the beauty of natural oak for the accessories drawer of the vanity and the shelving and trim of the Tower Cabinets. Interiors of the accessories and base drawers also feature a beautiful hardwood finish.
A range of widths is available – from 600mm and 800mm to 1000mm and 1200mm plus a 1500mm double basin format. Consumers can choose the complete vanity unit, comprising basin and cabinet, or install the basin as a wall hung unit. Terrace is the epitome of contemporary luxury for the bathroom and has been designed to give the consumer a distinctive choice in terms of configuration and sizing.
