Lamp by Nobili Rubinetterie is one of three new kitchen mixers and two bath taps designed by Milan design firm Meneghello Paolelli Associati and presented at this year’s Salone del Mobile.Milano.
Since 1954 Nobili Rubinetterie has developed research in this sector for the most important kitchen companies, creating a number of different mixer models. The new kitchen tap collections designed for Nobili by Meneghello Paolelli Associati combine ergonomics and technological efficiency thanks to impressive profiles, with spouts that rotate by 360° and hand showers that can be pulled out with just one hand, all designed to ensure full freedom of movement. Thanks to dynamic flow regulators and energy savers, the new taps contribute to considerably reducing consumption in kitchens.
Lamp by Nobili Rubinetterie revolutionises the concept of kitchen taps in terms of function and aesthetics (it hints at elements from lighting design). The body rotates on the sink by up to 360°, covering a 29 cm area. The spout is attached on the side on a magnetic support. It can be easily removed and adjusted over the technical area – its range of action is up to 60 cm thanks to its black rubber flexible hose. The water flow can be activated or stopped by a practical button on the ergonomic hand grip, which also allows to select a normal or a rain jet.
Reduced water consumption is guaranteed by the ceramic Nobili Widd® 28 full-immersion cartridge with dynamic WaterSaving flow regulator that halves the amount of water used. The cartridge stops the lever opening at half the allowed water flow (50%). Once this slight resistance has been overcome, the mixer is free to output all the available flow. The adjustable temperature limiter allows to set the highest temperature in order to avoid
scalding. There are four available finishes – Chrome, Inox, Diamond smoke, Velvet black.
