A new antoniolupi resin with extraordinary technical characteristics has been applied to the company’s Cristalmood bathtubs to create a brand new palette of 10 stylish colours.
The new range of colours enriches the crystalline transparency of the Cristalmood bathtubs making them appear even lighter and more a feature element of the bathroom.
The Cristalmood bathtubs were on display at the antoniolupi stand at Salone del Mobile.Milano earlier this year in the company’s Fumè colour. Following this launch, a further nine new trendy colours have been added to the range creating a unique sense of identity for each bathtub and allowing them to integrate into a range of bathroom designs.
Nebbia, Ocra, Bottle, Petroleum, Ginger, Cobalt, Sangria, Amber and Lime join Fumè to bring colour, elegance and a liveliness to the bathroom. The range is also available in matching washbasins.
Utilising the inherent geometry and curved lines of the bathtubs and washbasins, the volumes of the units are intensified by the way the light reacts with the Cristalmood. The new resin developed by antoniolupi has extraordinary technical characteristics which imbue these bulky objects with an uncharacteristic lightness while the transparency of the surface makes it possible to watch the water as the tub fills.
Although solid, the Cristalmood bathtubs appear almost ethereal – somehow there and yet not there – with the production process able to create soft and welcoming shapes that work so well in the bathroom environment.
