The Trame collection from In-es.artdesign is a stunning range of lights with an embroidered design that suggests patterns of textiles and fabric.
Designed by artist/designer Oçilunam for In-es.artdesign, the Trame collection is a family of lamps created with handcrafted techniques that create a lamp that becomes a bright “dress”.
Made from an entirely handmade knitted fabric structure then converted to a fire-resistant resin, the Trame collection maintains the look of a knitted textile but the texture is the solid feel of resin.
The atmosphere in the room, created by these lamps, is an almost crochet effect with light and shadow creating an extraordinary cozy, yet intense, visual finish. It is also possible to add colour to the lamps by covering the hanging wire for additional design possibilities.
