As part of a series of professional development sessions tailor-made for designers and manufacturers, the Business Bootcamp workshop is ideal for anyone eager to strengthen their sales skills and develop a better understanding of productive customer contact.
The Business Bootcamp workshop covers topics like:
- how to make a great first impression
- how to successfully engage the client in a short space of time by building a relationship based on trust
- how to stay positive in a negative environment, and identify and address limiting beliefs in yourself and others
- how to determine different personality types and deal with them effectively, and how to deal with challenging personalities.
This great-value workshop will help you understand what triggers emotions, how to modify behaviour accordingly, and uncover ways in which to engage with customers to develop positive outcomes not limited purely by price. A key part of the program is learning how to improve opportunities and modify communications to create the best result.
Each workshop is delivered in a four-hour session with morning tea provided, and places are open to KBDi Members and non-Members.
