Introducing ILVE’s new HCB Cooktop Series, featuring new and improved brass burners that have an even, instantaneous heat that lets the user simmer at low temperatures or instantly increase to searing hot.
This range takes all the aspects of the ILVE gas cooktop pedigree and made them just that little bit better. Along with the precise heat control on each burner, they also have front-mounted controls for easier use. Each cooktop also allows for maximum cooking space between each burner to make sure pots and pans aren’t all squeezed together.
The temperature isn’t the only thing that makes this new series hot, it also has new and improved burners. These burners look sleeker with a new all-black style and are more efficient than previous designs. Each burner is 8% more efficient than the last model’s therefore reducing CO² emissions by up to 66%.
ILVE’s new HCB Cooktop Series also features a new non-stick nanotechnological coating. The new coating is heat resistant meaning that your burners will look newer for longer. It also not only repels water, but all other liquid substances such as oil which makes cleaning that much easier. Each trivet, burner cap and support is also removable on the cooktops, which means they can be easily cleaned either in a dishwasher or by hand.
