Bathroom Designer of the Year Vic
Winner: Sam Robinson CKD Au, CBD Au
This luxurious master suite oozes luxury and style, while cleverly maintaining a sense of warmth and homeliness. The designer has created a peaceful and serene bedroom area, inspired by a blissful bay view. A fully-fitted walk-in-robe provides plentiful storage with an opulent feel, and the ensuite is simply stunning. The judges commended the designer’s clever use of lighting in a dark and moody space.
Kitchen Designer of the Year Vic
Winner: Penny del Castillo
This small kitchen packs a very big punch, and the judges were floored by the semi-industrial feel of this bachelor pad makeover. Matt black cabinets and concrete-coloured benchtops sit boldly on a warm timber floor, while metallic accents add a little bit of lux to the overall space. Commercial-style appliances look the part, and clever detailing adds a homely appeal.
