Australian consumer electronics company Laser has launched CONNECT SmartHome, a comprehensive range of connected smart home devices with a commitment to affordable pricing.
The launch range includes 32 products including smart doorbells, indoor and outdoor cameras, lighting and a range of smart plugs and powers boards. Future releases will see the addition of irrigation, access control, health and more.
CONNECT SmartHome’s ecosystem can integrate with existing Google and Amazon Alexa products or be used as standalone products controlled via the CONNECT SmartHome app (Android/iOS). Compatible with Google Home, the setup of Routines and Scenes will allow the user to execute on multiple actions with a single voice command, such as dimming smart light bulbs and playing relaxing music a few minutes before bedtime. Integration with other home automation ecosystems and products is also possible.
The range is Google-licensed, ensuring no interruptions after updates, while full compliance with Australian Standards and Regulations, replacement warranty and local customer support ensures consumers can get the best in affordable technology knowing it is fully supported and compliant locally.
The smart lighting options cover all Australian household light fittings and are available in different connection types, wattage output as well as white or coloured (RGB). The globes can be switched on/off and dimmed using the free CONNECT SmartHome App or on any compatible smart device. The lighting range includes downlights, available in 5W and 10W as well as party and light strips that are IP65 certified, 5 metres in length, party mode settings and 16,000,000 colour adjusting RGB lights.
