Alpes Liberi in Cucina (Free in the Kitchen) is a free-standing stainless steel modular kitchen that can be configured to suit the user’s personal space, taste and cooking needs.
All the vital elements of the kitchen are included in the range covering washing, food preparation, cooking, conservation, storage and can suit any context or lifestyle such as minimal, retro, casual or sumptuous to name a few. Each element of Free in the Kitchen is independent and a self-sufficient piece, ready to be installed and used straight away.
Each piece varies in width from 70cm to 280cm, or can be custom built and comes in a variety of options such as on wheels or feet and open-to-view or closed. The pieces can also be aligned or positioned side by side to create compositions along the wall, as an island or freestanding.
With Alpes’ Free in the Kitchen, every function is taken care of by technologically advanced equipment that works in synergy such as:
Food preparation – bowls, sinks, countertops, waste separation and collection.
Cooking – six types of gas burners are calibrated for various types of cooking: electric induction, grills, barbecues, fryers, steam cookers and fry tops and the ovens are 60cm and 90cm in width, with tracks that slide out completely.
Exhaust systems – concealed exhaust systems and air-purifying exhaust hoods with an exhaust capacity of up to 1600 cubic metres per hour.
Storage – open sliding shelving with choices of 30cm, 60cm, 90cm or 120cm accessorised drawers and 30cm, 45cm or 60cm cabinet doors.
Alpes’ Free in the Kitchen is also adaptable if the user’s need should change – the kitchen is able to change with requirements and be modified to fit comfortably into new living spaces.
