Get your 2020 off to a great start by participating in the next Communication Skills & Customer Service Workshop by Redman Training and Development. The Workshop will be held on Friday 7th February at the Surfair Conference & Events Centre in Marcoola on the Sunshine Coast and will run from 8:30am-12:30pm.
Workshop attendees can expect to cover a variety of topics in the areas of customer service, communication and interpersonal skills including:
- The Art of Listening
- Initial customer contact – the first impression
- Building relationships
- Successfully engaging with the customer within a very short space of time by building a relationship based on trust
- Communication Skills
- Communication – defining the customers’, trades and colleagues needs / expectations
- Adding value to the sales outcome reducing the emphasis on price
- Handling objections
- Understanding different personality types and how to deal with them – introduction
- Delivering and receiving Feedback – introduction
- Identifying and handling limiting beliefs
- Remaining positive in a negative environment
- The importance of the “Last Impression”.
Workshop participants can expect to come away with a greater understanding of what triggers our emotions and how to modify our behaviour accordingly, ways to engage with customers to develop positive outcomes not limited purely by price, techniques to improve communication skills, and how to identify limiting beliefs in ourselves and others and improve opportunities. In addition, time will be spent on how to identify different personality types and modify our communication for the best outcome, as well as a focus on ways to improve business results, and how to add value – increasing sales values and customer satisfaction with the outcome.
The cost of the workshop is $195 per person and includes coffee and tea on arrival plus morning tea during the break.
