Nikpol is proud to introduce Blaupunkt Kitchen Appliances to Australasia. Blaupunkt is a 100-year-old European brand synonymous with quality, innovation and value.
Boasting a large range, Blaupunkt now offer Australasian customers cooktops, ovens, free standing cookers, rangehoods, dishwashers, microwave ovens, combi-steam cookers and warming drawers.
The cooktops are available in gas, ceramic, induction and induction with inbuilt extraction models. The self-cleaning ovens come in a range of 60 and 90cm options while the rangehoods come in wall canopy, undermount and slide out varieties.
Suiting all kitchens, Blaupunkt’s dishwashers are available in three options, depending on the needs of the space – slim line for narrow spaces, freestanding for kitchens with no under-bench room and integrated for a seamless look.
Proving its tested quality, Blaupunkt has jumped from headphones to car radios and now to the kitchen. Blaupunkt appliances harmonise and communicate with each other, creating unique appliance concepts. Whether it’s sizzling and steaming on the stove, something promising is stewing in the oven with sophisticated operation and a large selection of programmes and functions turn kitchen work into an experience.
Blaupunkt was founded in Berlin in 1923 as ‘Ideal’. In 1933, the company was acquired by Robert Bosch AG and in 1938 it changed its name to Blaupunkt, German for ‘blue point’ or ‘blue dot’, after the blue dot painted onto its headphones that had passed quality control. The blue dot still remains its logo today.
