Sensational Kitchens is growing and is on the lookout for someone to join the team and grow with us. The company is looking for someone with excellent administration and organisational skills to work in its Pymble showroom in a permanent, full time position.
The successful candidate will enjoy a large variety of tasks from showing prospective clients around the showroom, to assisting with existing jobs and supporting the smooth running of the business.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:
- Greeting prospective clients and advising them with your in-depth product knowledge. (Product training will be provided).
- Maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
- Assessing client’s needs and making appointments for our professional design consultants.
- Assisting the sales and management team with all administration tasks related to the running of the jobs.
- Dealings with any issues by correctly escalating and following up with suppliers.
- Ownership of all store administration duties.
- Responding to customers email enquiries.
What you will need to succeed:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly approachable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Well groomed.
- Highly organised, being both proactive and reactive.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent time management and the ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Detail oriented multi-tasker.
- Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
- Intermediate to advanced excel.
- Experience with Mac a plus.
Experience in the kitchen industry would be well regarded but is not essential. We are looking for someone who excels at administration, organisation, communication and is extremely computer literate. This is a Monday to Friday 9-5 position with slight fixability on start and end times for the right candidate.
