New finishes from Laminam

The new Verde Alpi and Sahara Noir Extra finishes, presented by Laminam at SICAM 2021, surpass the performance, colours and designs of the natural marble which inspires them, for a new spin on modern architectural trends.

The two surfaces join I Naturali, the Laminam series inspired by natural materials, highlighting their surface effects, tactile characteristics and aesthetic qualities, while also offering vastly superior performance in terms of resistance, versatility and flexibility.

With Verde Alpi and Sahara Noir Extra, Laminam reinterprets trends in architecture, interior design and the furniture industry, whose annual series now feature the patterns of marble as a must-have. In reinventing the designs of the two natural stones by highlighting their structure, texture and colour, Laminam has also expanded the range of use of these two new finishes. Thanks to the 1620mm x 3240mm size with Laminam’s 12+ thickness, these surfaces make the perfect choice for kitchen benchtops, tables and furniture, available in two different finishes, “Bocciardato” and “Lucidato”, which successfully blend aesthetics with design needs.

During the event, Laminam also displayed other products including the compact, silky-smooth Ardesia Bianco and Spacco surface, inspired by natural slate.

Laminam works with ceramic, which it has reinterpreted by creating its surfaces, combining its natural qualities with a new application connotation. This is a constantly evolving process, which allows Laminam to study ever new application possibilities in international architecture and in state-of-the-art contexts, through to increasingly precious and sophisticated furnishing finishes.
