In the Vitrum Mimesis Collection by Valcucine, presented at Milano Design Week 2021, natural stone aesthetic meets glass potential.
Vitrum Mimesis expands the expressive possibilities of glass with a solution designed for those who love the timeless aesthetics of natural stone without sacrificing the practicality of glass, thus combining elegance and strength in a single finish. In terms of environmental impact, it represents a more sustainable alternative to stone, whose natural reserves are in some cases at risk of being exhausted.
Valcucine achieves the high definition and very detailed images via a cutting-edge digital technology. The patterns recreate different stone patterns on both glass and matte glass surfaces: from the soft shaded grains of Gold Calacatta to the more defined lines of Sahara and from the intense colours of Emperador Dark and Caesar’s Marble to the mild tones of Deer finish.
Also included are rare and exclusive stone interpretations which are limited edition such as Onyx and Zebra Stripes. Onyx is available in several colours as White, Peach, Gold and Green and Zebra Stripes has a linear design with white, cream, green and grey stripes.
The finish ensures a refined grain continuity between the different elements in the kitchen by creating a monolith type of feeling.
