ACFA Training continues to benefit More Apprentices in NSW

The Australian Cabinet and Furniture Association (ACFA) continues to educate Cabinet and Furniture Making Apprentices across NSW with its Workplace-Based Training Model.

ACFA has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in NSW for more than 25 years. They deliver the qualification MSF31113 Certificate III in Cabinet Making, which includes streams of “Furniture” and “Kitchens & Bathrooms” using their Workplace-Based Training Model.

ACFA-TrainingAs the new year approaches, now is the time to enrol your apprentice and get their training started. ACFA offer rolling intakes to ensure apprentices can commence sooner, without having to wait for the next round of enrolment days.

As 2023 draws closer, ACFA has expanded its team of Workplace Trainers and Assessors to ensure the demand for new apprentices across the industry can be met. ACFA has plenty of capacity to take on your apprentice, wherever you are located.

ACFA-TrainingThe point of difference between ACFA’s program and other providers is the one-on-one, hands-on training their Industry Specialised Trainers give each apprentice. They customise training plans to suit the apprentice’s specific learning styles and are flexible around the employer’s schedule.

ACFA’s trainers travel across NSW to the employer’s workplace, which saves time for the apprentice but also allows the apprentice to learn on the tools and machinery they use every day.

The “we come to you” service offering provides a personalised training and assessment model. In addition, rolling intakes ensure apprentices can commence sooner, without having to wait for the next round of enrolment days.

ACFA-TrainingThe cabinet and furniture industry continues to see significant demand for apprentices, high vacancy rates, and exciting career prospects available for the future.

About the Training:

Apprentices benefit from one-to-one training and assessment interaction. A qualified ACFA trainer is allocated to each student, where they conduct practical training and assessment with the apprentice/s during their regular visitation cycle. In addition, the trainer is available to contact at any time during business hours for further support.
