Belgium is Design will exhibit this week at SaloneSatellite as part of Salone del Mobile.Milano – a special event that celebrates the work of young designers under 35.
13 Belgian studios will present their work under the banner of “Belgium is Design”, in the collective’s 15th year of organising a Belgian delegation for the show. The strength of this collective is in the richness and diversity of the young designers profiled, as well as the range of materials with which they work – from woven textiles to refined wood, marble scraps or steel, traditional techniques combined with industrial know-how, and hybrid design that is more human-centric.
