The new Sous-Chef collection from Gollinucci, designed by Andrea Federici, was showcased at last month’s Interzum in Cologne, Germany.
The Sous-Chef collection has a unique and stylish design aesthetic and was created to better organise the space inside and outside kitchen furniture. Utensils and ingredients can be stowed in a logical way and organised inside the cabinet while remaining immediately accessible and close at hand during food preparation.
Sous-Chef High is a new set of accessories designed for kitchen rack furniture with a variety of models, finishes and optional elements. The use of spacious and elegant resin trays is of particular importance while the rack components can be made from wood or metal. Lighting can be added inside the rack to enhance the elegance and rigour of the lines.
Sous-Chef Corner is a new removable system designed to optimise the space in kitchen corner units. Metal frames and full-removable plastic trays make for easy cleaning, in a stylish Orion grey colour. The product is suitable for cabinets with both a right and left door opening, and for cabinet doors from 400mm to 600mm.
The Sous-Chef collection is equipped with removable trays in different sizes that can be positioned to allow access to ingredients and accessories where they are needed on the benchtop. Also available is a practical knife holder with a walnut finish. The various models are designed to suit bases from 150mm to 600mm and they can be adapted both to swing doors and to the most common types of drawers from most major manufacturers.
The Sous-Chef Rail system accessorises walls close to the working area of the kitchen and keeps the benchtop free. A bar in painted aluminium is equipped with multipurpose hooks and tray that can be hooked onto the bar to organise and personalise the kitchen spaces. Options include trays for spices and a kitchen paper holder that attach to the Sous-Chef Rail as well as can be place on the work surface. Sous-Chef Rail is available in 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm sizes.
