Designed by AL Studio, Rigatino is the new freestanding washbasin from antoniolupi that exudes contemporary luxury and style.
Likened to the shape of the trunk of a tree, as it rises from the ground, Rigatino is the perfect geometrical shape for today’s modern bathrooms.
A freestanding sink with a cylindrical base, Rigatino is crowned with a basin on top of a sturdy base. Its shape anchors it to the floor, lending it stability and strength.
The basin and base can be mixed and matched with colour and finish to create a variety of end results. Subtle vertical milled lines make the base surface three dimensional and dynamic – the base can also be in solid wood or marble. The basin on top can be in marble, Flumood or Colormood or the Simplotondo sink, which features a highly functional integrated countertop. Its matt uniformity is enhanced by contrast with the dynamic and irregular surface of the column.
As with all antoniolupi products, the aesthetic value of the piece is the distinctive feature of the project, where human thought meets technological evolution to product a product that has a timeless design quality.
