The ASKO Elevate™ induction hob with integrated extraction is one of the most silent in the market with a powerful and effective extraction of air, achieved by the double motor and aero-dynamic shape in the air ducts. A lot of attention was paid to the design details and to ensure a beautiful integration with the worktop.
Positioned in the centre of the hob instead of on the ceiling or wall, the extraction tower rises automatically when the extraction is turned on. From here, it takes away cooking vapour and smells effectively and very quietly. The extraction tower features five different extraction levels plus automatic and manual clean air functions. It also indicates when it’s time to clean the separate filters.
But the extraction tower is not just a gimmick. By bringing the extractor closer to the culinary action, steam, moisture and odours are taken care of before they are noticed. And as well as eliminating odours, it also eliminates noise. The filter system features two high-efficiency fans, which help ensure Elevate™ hood-in-hob is extremely quiet to operate. There are also two integrated, easy-to-clean filters and one of the best recirculation and fine dust systems available.
The tower can also be used “flat”, but even when it’s raised there’s plenty of room on the spacious hob. For more ambitious creations, the Auto Bridge function expands the total coverage of the cooking area to easily accommodate larger pots or grill pans.
The innovative ASKO Elevate™ induction hob with integrated extraction was granted an iF DESIGN AWARD 2022. It also has the iF DESIGN AWARD 2021 winning for its Celsius°Cooking™ technology with intuitive user interface, pans with temperature sensors, a probe and the Hestan-Cue app. The components communicate with each other wirelessly to control temperatures and timings precisely.
The extraction tower is elevated when needed. When not needed, the tower lies flush against the hob. This gives the hob a minimalistic, very flat look with clear graphics and nice details like elegant metal profiles around it. It is available in matt black and shiny black ceramic glass.
