frame4 RAUVOLET metallic-line combines the functional properties of a polymer tambour door system with the attractive look of elegant metals such as brushed aluminium or stainless steel. In addition, the new filigree guide system frame4 meets all expectations in terms of design purity.
A minimum of effort is needed to raise RAUVOLET metallic-line along the guide rails of the frame4 system and free the storage area behind the tambour doors. The tambour door’s specialised mechanism creates yet other advantages: There are no sliding or folding doors that could get in the way when open.
Rehau provides frame4 RAUVOLET metallic-line as a pre-finished vertical cassette system that can be installed immediately. The system can either be installed in the standard carcass, or fitted to the carcass of a special cabinet.
Of note is the patented, specialised rod mechanism that operates the rear-wall tambour door systems. In conjunction with the 25-millimetre-wide slat profiles, this creates an entirely flat surface. When closed, the tambour door itself is completely smooth; there is no visible entry radius, unlike with other vertical pelmet cabinets.
