It’s always interesting to see large, multinational design companies add additional marketing exercises to their portfolio. Recently, there has been a concerted move by certain organisations which have traditionally only ever exhibited at shows like Eurocucina, to expand into consumer based shows – like Grand Designs Live. After a few prominent engagements worldwide, Scavolini will for the first time, take part in the Grand Designs Live in the UK from May 4th to 12th at the ExCel Centre in London.
Scavolini will proudly display two of its greatly acclaimed kitchens among its large range. Scenery by King & Miranda Design is one of the best sellers within the Scavolini range of products. Scenery will be displayed in its Porcelain cream glossy lacquered version. In addition the company will display LiberaMente, one of the latest Scavolini great successes in its Biscuit larch melamine and Ivory glossy lacquered version.
In a press release, Scavolini says that the Grand Designs Live exhibition will represent the perfect occasion to launch the new Scavolini Bathrooms collection into the UK market. Three representative bathroom compositions will be displayed during the show, Aquo, Lagu and Rivo.
I like the feel of Grand Designs Live (and apparently so does Scavolini) – the set up, other “like mined” organisations exhibiting, quality consumers, with many products offered at the top end of town. Grand Designs Live will be in Australia in October this year, in Sydney 18 – 20th and in Melbourne 25 – 27th.
