Sometimes you see a stand at major shows and think “these guys have a great product – can’t wait for the information to come through”. And this was one of them. Problem is: the whole press kit arrived in German only, so my upfront apologies if Google Translate and my limited skills in another foreign language fail to deliver the true impact!
VD Werkstatten was founded more than 40 years ago and have developed into a major manufacturer and significant player in the area of moulding parts and dyes for the international furniture market. From desk componentry, internal and external room doors, curved products and panels, the company exports more than 80% of manufactured goods.
High quality derived timber products featured heavily in their stand at Interzum in May. From some very weathered timber to some embossed veneer and lacquered doors their product range is impressive as you can see from some of these images. Major international firms have used their products recently in a variety of applications including Chanel, Hugo Boss, Swarovski, Escada, Bijou Brigitte, Douglas, etc.
The company’s press release (if it has been translated correctly) states they distribute to Australia but we can’t find out who – if any of you know, drop us a line so we can put the rest of you in touch!
