It’s obviously the time of year to start Awards! Yesterday it was Corian – today it is the 2015 Good Design Awards Call for Entries.
The Good Design Awards is proudly one of the oldest and most prestigious design awards in the world with our origins dating back to 1958. Under the leadership of Dr. Brandon Gien, the President of ICSID, the World Organisation for Industrial Design, (who I know some of you have met) their team remains dedicated to promoting the very best in cutting edge design and innovation in Australia and internationally. 
They have also announced a number of exciting developments in 2015 including:
– a new website: www.good-design.com
– two new stand alone categories: Social Innovation and Business Model Design
– a fairer and more cost effective application structure
– a new format for the Good Design Festival, a feature event of the annual VIVID Festival – last year attracting a record 1.3 million visitors.
