Bisazza mosaic patterns from Tricia Guild

This year Bisazza interprets spring by proposing – for its interiors – fresh mosaic patterns with innovative floral designs by Tricia Guild, esteemed designer, creative director and founder of Designers Guild, a leading British company, internationally renowned for their distinctive designs for fabrics, wall coverings and a whole collection of home accessories.

Alexandria

Strewn with a wealth of opulently-sized flowers in delicate hues, the Alexandria pattern transforms a wall into an English garden in full bloom. In this gorgeous mural made of six modules, the original, hand-painted floral fabric motifs are reinterpreted in a contemporary spirit. A cascade of flowers emerges from a background of shaded greys; the whole rendered with such precision and delicacy as to transform the pattern into a fresco.

Larger than life acanthus leaves are the sole motif in Ardassa, creating an atmosphere of great effect, reminiscent of an exotic oasis of sophisticated beauty.

The pattern is available in two versions: one in shades of ivory-white for a contemporary look and the other in emerald green, for a more classic style.

Charlottenberg is also botanically-inspired. Here, a series of eloquent peonies, interpreted in unique shades of blue and grey, unfold against a white background. A production that reveals its contemporary spirit in the bold dimensions and colour choices of the designs, while maintaining its romantic appeal.

In the Charlottenberg One pattern, the same floral motif is re-proposed as the single decorative element against a solid colour background, heralding a new means of personalizing one’s interior spaces.

“I am delighted that Bisazza has chosen to translate some of our iconic designs into their stunning mosaic works of art. Their inimitable expertise is evident in their interpretation of our patterns and they have captured the hand painted subtleties of the originals in a truly extraordinary way. I am excited and thrilled in equal measure by the results,” says Tricia Guild.
