Maçka Residences has invested around US $ 300 million dollars for one of the most exclusive residential schemes in the world: three towers with a total area of 7,000 square metres in Maçka, a district in the heart of Istanbul, with a privileged location including breathtaking views of the Bosphorus, the Princes’ Islands and Seraglio Point.

Maçka Residences blends beautifully into the architecture and skyline of the Maçka district, an area where a number of renowned architects have left their mark over the years. Moreover, clients can involve a team of Armani/Casa architects and interior designers to develop a bespoke project for their own apartment.

The World Towers
The World Towers

The World Towers comprise World One, one of the tallest residential tower at 117 storeys in the world, and the equally iconic World Crest, one of India’s tallest towers soaring over 700 ft. The World Towers interiors are imbued with the culture and ethos of India; they also reflect the various facets of Giorgio Armani’s aesthetic sensibility and his hallmark sense of comfort and functionality. The goal is the creation of a unique atmosphere where the combination of form, texture and colour is perfectly distributed in each room, and all is enveloped in soft light.

The World Towers will be the first design in Asia by the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio, with each residential unit exclusively featuring Armani/Roca bathrooms and Armani/Dada kitchens. The 446 Checkers kitchens feature customed finishes and details. The wall units create a checkered composition with severe geometry, in dark and light bronze glass. Santos wood is used the base unit doors and absolute black granite for the worktops.
