Introducing the Gaggenau CX 480 full-surface induction cooktop which has been launched as part of the company’s Vario 400 appliance range.
Intuitive design means the Gaggenau CX 480 cooktop can identify the placement of cookware on its surface and apply heat exactly where it’s needed. This means its entire surface can be used as one large cooking zone.
The cooktop itself is operated intuitively using an extra-large TFT touch display which shows the positions, sizes and shapes of the cookware. The cookware is automatically identified and heated exactly where it stands.
The Gaggenau CX 480 cooktop has been designed to match appliances in the Vario cooling 400 series. The first modular system of fully integrated appliances, the Vario cooling 400 series brings refrigerators, freezers and wine cabinets together to form a cooling wall. The
elegant design is matched by advanced technology, which assures the appliances are not only the quietest in their class but also the most energy efficient.
