De Dietrich HoriZone hobThe success of De Dietrich induction hobs is down to the smaller touches, such as direct controls to instantly simmer, boil or fry. Traditional Induction hobs have nine temperature settings however the De Dietrich induction hobs have fifteen adjustable power levels allowing you to choose the ideal power level for all types of cuisine.  Another valuable feature is the ‘Unique Boost’ function; allowing maximum power to be accessed instantaneously.

This new function means water can be boiled and kept at boiling point when cooking foods such as pastas and risottos. After choosing the desired water volume settings, water will boil and a short beep will announce that is time to add in your ingredients to be cooked.

De Dietrich HoriZone hobThe new collection boasts some of the most innovative safety mechanisms ever seen. Exclusive to De Dietrich, the “Anti-overheat” safety feature limits the temperature in the cooking zone to 300°C. Oil (which catches fire at 320°C) for example, remains at a constant temperature without the risk of igniting.

De Dietrich HoriZone hobFor families, the ‘Child Lock’ function prevents any accidental startups, especially by children. The new ‘Clean Lock’ is another feature that avoids any unintentional startup while cleaning. The importance of safety is reinforced by the ‘Automatic Pan Detection’ safety feature, which ensures that the hob only works when it detects magnetic cookware on the cooking zone.

The surge protection also prevents damage to the electronic circuits on your hobs in the event of a power surge.
