ROMA, design Marco Piva

Kreoo preview
Kreoo Roma, designed by Marco Piva

The company describes Roma, designed by Marco Piva, as marble and stone meeting precious gold leaf. With bright lines that emphasise the washbasin’s sculptural shape, Roma features a frame that enhances the accurate geometry of the shape and celebrates the stunning textures generated by nature. With this product, marble is used to express historical elegance and the idea of a refined and exclusive luxury that cleverly combines both tradition and contemporary design.

KALYPSO, design Enzo Berti

Kreoo Kalypso, designed by Enzo Berti

Kalypso is a stunningly sculptural object with a clever soft shape that enriches the uniqueness of the marble’s veins. Kalypso, whose name in Greek mythology refers to a nymph, has a strong relationship with water and is an extension of Kreoo’s first bathtub, Kora which was characterised by its suspension on an easel. Kalypso is reminiscent of the ancient classical forms that have inspired bathtubs throughout the neoclassical and Napoleonic era.

JACKIE, design Sebastiano Zilio

Jackie is a new small table in Kreoo living collection, and is billed as a tribute to the ex-First Lady of the United States of America, described by Kreoo as a piece of furniture with a strong character. A work of art in itself, the table top (made from a single marble slab) is configured by the intersection of three geometric elements in a sinuous and circular finish. The marble is cut according to the metal profile of the table which means the veins of the marble are elegantly interrupted, creating new shapes that the company likens to rice grains or flower petals.

NODO_ design Enzo Berti

Kreoo Nodo, designed by Enzo Berti

Nodo is a family of coffee tables and shelves, characterised by geometric elements in which the marble tops rests on linear brass profiles. A light and contemporary visual impact, the marble’s veins emphasise the uniqueness of each element. A significant detail is the elegance of the angular joint of the profiles, which are able to support the top while making it look as though it is “suspended” on two sides. Thus the design gives the solidity of the marble an unexpected lightness.
