An amazing wine cellar, a mobile humidor and bar area, plus a new moveable kitchen were some of the Gaudio new designs seen earlier this year at Eurocucina as part of Salone del Mobile.Milano.
Wine Cellar
The Gaudio wine cellar is a volume with a strong scenic impact. It is divided in two refrigerated areas, each with temperature and humidity control with remote management or smartphone app. The bottles are supported by cylinder supported by gray reflective structural glass. There is also a wine identification system: upload the typologies and position of the wines on the smartphone and, once the desired wine is selected, it will be illuminated using an LED technology.
Mobile Bar/Humidor
These two matching structures are covered in Sahara Noir marble for the lower section and a gray reflective glass case in the upper section. Each has a lift system with electronic remote management, which reveals a storage area with cedar wood interiors. The mobile humidor has a temperature and humidity control system; the mobile bar is refrigerated.
Kitchen
The kitchen island appears as a massive volume on which slides a metal top with brass finish that extends the work surface, becoming a snack top. The undermount sink is made of Sahara Noir marble. The electronically controlled lift allows the kitchen to feature solid oak wood accessories and an electrified track with removable sockets. Additional features include continuous technology with full induction top, an electronically controlled mixer and a special appliance that will freeze glasses.
The columns, with doors in gray reflective glass and gray-black profiles and brass finish, sliding or hinged, contain various functions: pantry area, working area, cup holder module and ovens module with extractable pantries. The oak wood and the brass finish are declined in different ways to create accessories and shelves. The table is covered in Sahara Noir marble and leather, a material that is also found as a covering for the chairs. The brass finish is also used for the chandelier.
