The Green House project is a collaboration between Officine Gullo and the designer and new Brand Ambassador Alison Henry. The Green House is situated on a former veranda, now completely renovated and characterized by a structure made of iron and glass, in the heart of London surrounded by greenery.
A total white look was chosen with the source of inspiration being the extremely bright ambiance with a direct view of a magnificent garden. The kitchen is made of high thickness fire-painted steel in a very elegant matte white shade with brushed nickel finishes.
At the centre of the wall unit is the cooking machine, equipped with four high performance burners, a smooth fry-top, a coup-de-feu and a pasta cooker. To the sides, are two columns – one to house the refrigerator and the other to hide a breakfast area. The island in the centre of the kitchen is designed to have a washing area with a double tap sink and dishwasher inserted in the lower part. On the other side of the island is the snack bar area that houses the comfortable stools. To create a stylistic continuity, both the splashback and the top of the island are made of Calacatta Caldia marble.
The collaboration was awarded with the World of Interiors Award Decorex 2018 and it is currently being installed into Alison’s own home.
