CoINVEST
ACFA is excited to announce that its members will have the opportunity to attend a Seminar facilitated by a CoINVEST representative who will provide information on the types of work that is covered and employer obligations.
Representatives from CoINVEST will be in attendance to discuss employer obligations in accordance with the Construction Industry Long Service Leave Act 1997 and to answer members’ questions in relation to all things CoINVEST.
This is a must attend Seminar for any business who is unsure of their legal obligations and penalties for non-compliance that may come up in the future.
Many of ACFA’s Victorian members are not clear on whether or not their employees qualify for the CoINVEST portable Long Service Leave Fund in Victoria or as a Business Owner you are required register with CoINVEST. Some Business Owners are not even aware of who is CoINVEST. If this is you then ACFA recommends registering to attend this important workplace seminar.

With so many changes taking place with the FairWork Commission’s Shutdown Provision changes and the updated IR Laws with the Secure Jobs, Better Pay Bill, this event will allow you to touch base with ACFA’s HR Manager who can help answer those burning questions.

Following the session, attendees will be provided the opportunity to walk around Häfele’s showroom and see the latest hardware and fittings available to inspire your next project.
